Mandy graduated from the Crawford Municipal College of Art, Cork in 1979. Since then she has worked as an illustrator, graphic designer and teacher of art to students of all ages from primary school right up to the local Senior Citizens Group.
Watercolours are her favourite medium and most of her paintings are observations of the local scenes around Myrtleville, Fountainstown and Crosshaven. Commissions for paintings will be accepted. Also, places are regularly available for Art & Craft classes for primary age children and water-colour classes for adults.
