REIKI: A holistic hands-on healing techique. Its origins lie in Ancient India, Tibet and China. You can receive Reiki from a practioner or perform it on yourself. It consists of laying the hands on specific energy centers in the body. The person remains fully clothed during treatment. Reiki treatments available and workshops 1,2 and 3
Price averages €30 or treatment can be done in exchange for other goods or services.















SILENT MEDITATION: involves sitting in total silence concentrating on breathing and training to declutter the mind.

GUIDED MEDITATION: You are guided by Sue through your meditation. Starting by concentrating on a chord from the fronterior fontenell which connects to the universe and through that chord filters a golden healing light through the body connecting with the tailbone which like the roots of a tree goes down and connects with the earths core.

CREATIVE VISUALISATION: A technique employed by using the creative imagination which enhances your ability to receive what you need and what you want in life
Meditation costs €5 per hour.
